Services

Services for teams that need the work to connect.

BGEV designs and builds AI workflow systems for operational work that moves across emails, documents, approvals, records, and internal handovers.

Some teams need to understand where AI or automation would actually help. Some already know the process that is causing friction. Others need the system designed, built, tested, and handed over properly.

One system logic.

The services can be used independently or in sequence, but the aim is always a workflow your team can run, review, and trust.

What you actually need

Beyond the build: evaluation and governance.

AI is not like traditional software. The same question can get different answers, so 'working' becomes a question of degree — and most teams have no way of measuring it.

Evaluation is how we prove the system actually does the job. A representative test set, a clear definition of what 'good' looks like, and reporting that gives you evidence, not hope.

Governance is how we make sure it is built and used safely and legally. Who can use the system, what data it sees, how its decisions are tracked, and whether it complies with new laws like the EU AI Act. For regulated sectors, governance is a legal requirement, not a nice-to-have.

Services

Three ways BGEV adds clarity to AI work.

Build is the implementation. Evaluation proves it works. Governance keeps it safe and compliant. The three sit together — and most teams need all three.

01 · Build

The actual AI implementation.

Workflow systems, automation build, operating screens, and AI agents — designed and connected so the work runs end-to-end. Inputs, processing, review points, outputs and handover are treated as one process.

02 · Evaluation

Test suites, monitoring, reporting.

We build a representative test set, define what 'good' looks like for each case, and measure how often the system gets there. Ongoing monitoring catches drift. Reporting turns it into evidence you can show clients, regulators or the board.

03 · Governance

Risk memos, EU AI Act compliance, audit trails.

Who is allowed to use the system, what data it can see, how its decisions are tracked, and whether it complies with new laws. For regulated sectors — banking, healthcare, government, law — governance is a legal requirement.

Choosing a start point

Choose the starting point by the problem.

The right first step depends on how clearly the workflow is understood, how many systems are involved, and where control or review is needed.

01
If the process is unclear

Start with an AI workflow audit. We map the work, identify the bottlenecks, and define what should be automated, reviewed, or left alone.

02
If the workflow is known but fragmented

Start with workflow design and automation build. We connect the existing tools and turn disconnected steps into one operating process.

03
If the team needs visibility and control

Start with operating screens. We give the team a practical interface to review, approve, track, and intervene.

04
If the task needs AI assistance

Start with a focused assistant or agent. We define the task, the inputs, the limits, the review points, and the expected output.

Deliverables

What you receive.

The deliverables depend on the process, but a typical engagement can include process maps, automation build, review logic, operating screens, AI extraction or drafting, error handling, status tracking, testing, documentation, and handover.

Workflow logic

Process map, inputs, outputs, review points, ownership, exception routes and approval logic.

Build assets

Automation workflows, connected systems, AI assistance, operating screens, document generation and notifications.

Handover assets

Plain-English documentation, team handover, runbook, testing notes and improvement backlog.

Not sure where to start?

Bring us one process your team repeats every week. We will show you what could be automated, what should stay human, and what a practical workflow system could look like.
