No two businesses run the same way, so no two engagements look the same. We shape every system around the way your team actually works, the tools they already use, the processes they already trust, and the gaps that quietly cost them hours each week.

Every system we deliver comes with plain-English documentation, a working runbook, and a session, or a series of them, with the people who will actually operate it day-to-day. The goal is ownership, not dependency.

We also run tailored training for teams adopting AI tooling for the first time, everything from productivity fundamentals to workflow design, pitched at the level of your team, not a vendor's marketing deck. Training is offered as a standalone engagement or bundled into implementation work.

Law · AI for Business

Ben is currently finishing a law degree at Aberdeen, graduating next month. Studying law sharpened the way he thinks about risk, detail and the decisions that actually matter for businesses.

Alongside that he completed an AI for Business certificate through Wharton to make sure he understood AI from a commercial perspective, not just a technical one.

Seeing how much time businesses lose every day to repetitive tasks and inefficient processes, and knowing there are tools that can fix that, is what pushed him towards starting BGEV.

Eddie Vitols

Economics · Systems Thinking

Eddie is also in his final year, finishing an economics degree at Dundee next month. His background gives him a strong instinct for understanding how businesses function, where value is being created and where it is quietly being lost.

A lot of businesses are leaving serious time and money on the table simply by not having the right systems in place, and that is exactly the kind of problem Eddie is built to spot.
